Retrieves the task templates

get
https://app.hubflo.com/api/v2/task_templates

Returns the task templates of the organization. Filter with parent_id to scope by ProjectSection: omit it to get all templates, set it to a blank value to get only top-level ones, or set it to a ProjectSection uuid to get its attached templates.
